All projects vary in time depending on the complexity and requirements. Before starting your project we will discuss a timeframe to get the job done. If you wish to find out more about the process click here.

 

There are few payment options available depending on what works best for you.

  • Standard: Once the start date of your project has been established and the contract agreement has been signed, you will receive an invoice to pay a deposit of 50%. When the project is done you will receive a second invoice for the remaining 50%.
  • Monthly Plan: We tailor a payment plan according to your needs. If you wish, you can split payments into a defined monthly amount, where the initial payment will function as a deposit. This option is available with a 10% commission.
  • Advance Payment: If you choose to pay in advance you will receive a 10% discount.

The payment option you choose will be written in the contract.

No. VAT must be added to the invoice price.

Yes! We don’t like to put barriers to our work and our creativity. We enjoy working with clients from all over the world.

Different price ranges are available, depending on the requirements of your project. However, we understand that everyone has different needs and therefore each project will be a little different. Once you have completed the “Client application” form, you will receive an initial rough quote, along with an analysis of the different packages. During the initial phase we will discuss your specific goals and needs, after which you will receive a final quote tailored to you.

Once your project is complete and your final payment has been received, you will receive a direct download link to all files and have access to your site.

There is a cost for further changes outside of what is outlined in the initial project agreement. This can be a fixed price based on the size of the job or charged at an hourly rate.

Yes! We understand and believe that you should focus your energies on the things you do best. Leave boring things like maintenance to us. This may include: performing general updates, adding or removing from your site, publishing, editing or updating content as well as blog posts, adding testimonials, updating images, reviewing product descriptions, adding or removing inventory, etc.
